Peoples Bank is your only locally owned and operated community bank. Since opening our doors on March 5, 2001, deposits and loans have steadily grown. Through local decision making, competitive rates, and providing superior customer service to our loyal customer base, we have become one of the fastest growing financial institutions in southeast Wisconsin.

During the year 2000, the organizers of Peoples Bank set about raising the capital necessary to establish a new community bank in Elkhorn. By January 2001, more than $7 million was raised from area individuals and the bank opened at 837 North Wisconsin Street, Elkhorn, WI.

The organizers of Peoples Bank are all area business professionals with strong ties to the local community. Ronald Condroski serves as Chairman of the Board of the bank. He has more than 40 years of bank management experience, most recently serving as President of Bank One Elkhorn from 1987 to 1996. With more than 25 years of banking experience, Thomas A. Oehler is the bank’s President and CEO.

In August 2005, the bank opened its second facility located at the corner of Hwy. 12/67 north and Hwy. A. This full service facility is complete with drive-up lanes, ATM machine and a full service staff to help you with any banking needs.

Peoples Bank proudly opened its third location in Silver Lake, Wisconsin in April 2007. This full-service facility warmly supports the Kenosha County location and offers a full service staff of experienced bankers to serve the community and beyond. The Silver Lake office can be found at 29430 Silver Lake Road in Silver Lake.

April 2011 marks another milestone for Peoples Bank as the date we opened our fourth office  and first in Western Racine County.  Our Waterford Loan Center, located at 104 East Main Street in beautiful, downtown, Waterford is our first full service loan operation.  Staffed with an experienced, local consumer, mortgage and commercial lender, our Waterford Loan Center seeks to serve the lending needs of the Waterford Community.

Today, Peoples Bank is a full services institution with nearly 60 employees to serve your financial needs. Our products and services include commercial loans and cash management services, including remote deposit, consumer and mortgage loans and all deposit account services including mobile banking, free on-line bill pay, free checking and text alerts.
